Adopt-an-Animal Ambassador Program
At Ruffner, we strive to provide the best for our Animal Ambassadors. The cost of their care adds up – food, housing, enrichment, medication. Your contribution to the Adopt-an-Animal program will help with these costs.
Individuals
Do you have a favorite animal or one that you feel a special connection with at Ruffner? Sponsoring an Animal Ambassador is a great way to show your support while providing these animals with the items they need. You also have the option of donating the sponsorship as a gift to someone, or in memory of a loved one.
Besides knowing that your adoption fee is helping Ruffner’s Animal Ambassadors, you will receive the following based on your level of giving:

Schools, Scouts, and other Groups
Looking for a way to get your group involved in learning about nature? Adopting an animal at Ruffner Mountain can be a great cornerstone for in-depth studies in environmental science and other subjects.

Corporate Level Animal Adoptions are available for businesses that want to adopt an Animal Ambassador. Show that your business is committed to the community and environment.

All Animal Ambassador Adoptions are good for one year. You may make your donation on-line, at the Visitor Center, or by mailing a check to:
